Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beautician Acquisition (Supply Scaling)

- Build and scale a pan-India beautician hiring engine (10x growth mindset).

- Design city-wise hiring playbooks (hyperlocal sourcing strategies).

- Own sourcing channels:

a. Beauty academies & PMKVY / NSDC centers

b. Freelance beauticians & salon breakaways

c. Referral programs (SP SP)

d. Field hiring, society activations, community leads

- Drive cost-per-hire reduction while improving quality.

- Forecast supply demand in sync with city-wise order growth.

2. Onboarding & Readiness:

- Ensure fast, frictionless onboarding (documents, KYC, kits, training).

- Reduce time-to-first-order for every beautician.

- Partner with Ops & Training teams to ensure:

a. Skill readiness

b. Product knowledge

c. Service quality benchmarks

3. Beautician Retention & Engagement (MOST CRITICAL)

- Own monthly retention, churn, and reactivation metrics.

Design retention levers:

- Earnings stability programs

- Loyalty & milestone rewards

- Performance-based incentives

- City-wise engagement initiatives

- Build feedback loops to capture on-ground beautician pain points.

- Create programs that make Yes Madam the preferred platform to work with, not just one of many.

4. Beautician Experience & Community Building:

- Build a Beautician Experience Charter (like customer CX, but for SPs).

Launch:

- Beautician communities (online + offline)

- City meetups & recognition programs

- Leadership programs for top beauticians

- Work closely with Brand & Ops to improve SP NPS.

5. Data, Metrics & Automation

Own dashboards for:

- Hiring funnel (lead active SP)

- Retention cohorts

- Earnings distribution

- City-wise supply health

Work with Product & Data teams to:

- Improve SP app experience

- Reduce drop-offs

- Predict churn before it happens

6. Cross-functional Leadership

Partner with:

- Operations (capacity planning)

- Product (SP app, payouts, incentives)

- Training & Quality

- City Ops & Growth teams

- Act as the voice of beauticians in leadership discussions.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

- Active Beauticians (Monthly & Daily)

- 30/60/90-day retention

- Cost per beautician hired

- Time-to-first-order

- Beautician NPS

- Supply fill rate vs demand

- Earnings consistency per beautician

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in supply-side scaling

(Gig economy, hyperlocal, marketplace, field-heavy businesses)

- Experience hiring blue-collar / grey-collar workforce at scale

- Strong on-ground execution mindset (not just strategy decks)

- Comfortable with chaos, scale, and rapid experimentation

- Data-driven but deeply empathetic toward field workforce

Good to Have:

Experience in companies like:

Q-Comerce supply ops

Exposure to government skilling programs (PMKVY / NSDC)

- Built referral or community-led hiring models
