Role Summary
We are looking for an analytically strong, ownership-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital lead generation campaigns for managing supply and availability for operational cities and service categories. Youll own the performance funnel end-to-end across channels from campaign design to CPL optimization and collaborate with growth, product, tech, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for supply acquisition with clear accountability on CPL, approval rate, activation, and cost per active professional
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliates, scaling high-intent supply while cutting low-quality volume
- Drive budget allocation and bidding decisions based on downstream metrics, not just lead volume
- Own creative performance strategy. Set direction, run rapid experiments, and institutionalize what scales
- Build repeatable, city-wise and category-wise acquisition playbooks with predictable cost and quality
Performance Marketing & Supply Lead Generation
- Lead end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate channels with a full-funnel mindset
- Actively allocate and reallocate budgets based on CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and downstream lead quality metrics
- Own creative direction for lead-gen ads. Translate insights into clear briefs and rapid feedback loops with design and video teams
- Design and scale structured experimentation across landing pages, lead forms, audiences, creatives, offers, and CTAs
- Build repeatable playbooks to scale high-performing lead sources while continuously cutting waste
Data & Analytics
- Deep-dive into cohort performance, city-wise growth, and repeat rates
- Partner with analytics team to build dashboards and track performance daily
- Use high quality leads and reactivation data to feed back into top-of-funnel targeting
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with product teams on conversion funnel improvements (app screens, lead generation)
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in agency or app-led businesses.
- Strong grasp on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, Performance Max), and MMP tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
- Hands-on with campaign execution, analytics tools (GA4, SQL, Excel), and budgeting
- Prior experience managing high scale lead generation campaigns or ownership in a fast-growing startup
Good-to-Have
- B.Tech/MBA from Tier-1 college preferred
- Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hyperlocal consumer apps
- Exposure to creative strategy and understanding of user psychology
- Familiarity with tools like CleverTap, Mixpanel, or PowerBI
