Role: Head of Brand (Scale & Systemization)
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Experience: 10-16 years (consumer internet / D2C / marketplace preferred)
Role Overview:
Yes Madam is a well-known, scaled consumer brand in the at-home beauty & wellness space. The 01 brand journey is complete the brand is visible, trusted, and loved by consumers.
The next phase requires a mature Brand Head who can institutionalize the brand by building strong internal brand systems, governance, and consistency across teams, cities, and channels.
This role is about structure, scale, consistency, and brand excellence not experimentation from scratch.
Core Mandate:
To strengthen, standardize, and scale the Yes Madam brand internally and externally by:
- Building strong internal brand systems, templates and governance
- Creating worldclass external brand consistency across consumer touchpoints
- Ensuring every team, agency and partner represents the brand correctly
- Protecting and growing longterm brand equity while supporting growth
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Governance & Consistency
- Own and evolve the master brand guidelines
- Act as final authority on brand usage across teams
- Ensure consistency across digital, offline, internal and partner communications
- Set brand approval and governance frameworks
2. Internal Brand Systems & Templates
- Create and institutionalize companywide internal brand assets, ensuring every team uses a single, consistent brand language.
Corporate & Internal Branding
- Master presentation templates (leadership decks, sales decks, partnerships, investor decks)
- Internal communication templates (emails, townhalls, announcements, SOPs)
- HR & employer branding assets (JD templates, onboarding decks, policies)
Design & Identity Systems
- Logo usage system (variants, spacing, misuse guidelines)
- Color, typography and iconography systems
- Illustration, photography and videography standards
Internal Enablement
- Brand training for teams
- Centralized brand asset repository
- Clear brand approval workflows
3. External Brand Strategy & Consumer Narrative
- Refine external brand positioning for scale and leadership
- Strengthen brand voice across ads, social, PR, influencers and app
- Own consumerfacing messaging pillars
- Ensure cultural relevance and emotional connect at scale
4. External Campaigns, Visibility & Brand Excellence
- Lead high-impact external brand campaigns (digital, influencer, PR, on-ground)
- Make Yes Madam a talked-about startup in the ecosystem (media, LinkedIn, podcasts, events)
- Own festival, launch and city-level visibility moments
- Upgrade creative quality and storytelling across channels
- Ensure performance marketing aligns with long-term brand standards
5. Startup Visibility, Thought Leadership & Organic Growth
- Position Yes Madam as a category-defining Indian startup
- Drive founder & leadership thought leadership (LinkedIn, media, panels, podcasts)
- Build strong PR narratives around growth, scale, tech, operations and impact
- Generate high-quality organic leads through brand, content and PR (not just paid)
- Track and improve brand-led inbound demand
6. Agency & Partner Management
- Manage creative, design, PR and influencer agencies
- Create clear briefs, KPIs and review mechanisms
- Ensure agencies follow brand guidelines strictly
7. Team Leadership & Processes
- Build and manage an in-house brand & creative team
- Define workflows, SLAs and review processes
- Own brand budgets and resource allocation
Success Metrics
Internal:
- Brand consistency across internal decks and communication
- Adoption of templates across teams
- Reduction in ad-hoc creative requests
External:
- Brand recall, consideration and trust
- Share of voice in startup & consumer media
- Quality of conversations around Yes Madam
- Brand-led organic leads and inbound demand
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12-18 years of experience in brand marketing / brand management
- Experience handling mature, scaled consumer brands
- Strong experience in building brand systems, templates and governance
- Prior exposure to D2C, marketplace, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong stakeholder management skills
