Role Overview:
The Business Head - BEAUTY (YES MADAM) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the overall growth and profitability of the beauty services vertical. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing the P&L, leading business development initiatives, and implementing growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers. The Business Head will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, technology, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ultimate impact of this role is to establish YesMadam as the undisputed leader in the at-home beauty services market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the beauty services vertical.
- Manage the P&L for the beauty services vertical, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including strategic partnerships and service expansions, to increase market reach.
- Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing, to acquire new customers.
- Implement growth hacking techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with operations and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including beauty professionals, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyze data and generate insights to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Proven experience in managing P&L and optimizing resource allocation.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Expertise in growth marketing strategies and growth hacking techniques to acquire and retain customers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum 7 - 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or e-commerce industry.
