About the Role:

We're hiring a Performance Growth Lead - AVP (User Acquisition) at YesMadam, Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale new user acquisition across paid & organic channels.

- Drive performance marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, Influencers, ASO, SEO, and Partnerships.

- Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and growth metrics.

- Lead data-driven experimentation, attribution, and cohort analysis.

- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to drive scalable growth.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Growth.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and growth analytics.

- Experience with attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4.

- Strong analytical mindset with Excel/SQL proficiency preferred.

- Proven track record of scaling acquisition budgets and driving business growth.

- Working Days: 6 Days.

- Preferred: Tier-1 college.

- Designation required: Senior Manager or Above profiles.
