Position Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Executor at Yes2growth, you'll not only be a key driver of our clients' growth but also have the unique opportunity to directly impact multiple facets of their success. With expertise in Meta feed-based campaigns and Google Search/PMax campaigns, you'll lead the development and execution of strategies that deliver visible and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their growth aspirations, target audience, and unique value proposition.

- Apply your proficiency in Meta feed-based campaigns and Google Search/PMax campaigns to craft, execute, and optimize impactful marketing initiatives.

- Design data-driven performance marketing strategies across diverse platforms and channels, actively contributing to customer acquisition efforts.

- Work collaboratively with our Engagement & Retention team to create seamless customer journeys, enhancing engagement and loyalty.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and data insights to provide clients with actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate performance marketing with other growth strategies, ensuring holistic client success.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging technologies, infusing campaigns with innovation and efficiency.

- Champion Yes2growth's commitment to data-driven decision-making, growth outcomes, and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience executing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Meta feed-based campaigns and Google Search/PMax campaigns.

- Proven ability to extract actionable insights from performance data and optimize campaigns effectively.

- Proficiency in using performance marketing platforms, analytics tools, and bid management systems.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Demonstrated capacity for innovative campaign design and creative problem-solving.

- Solid grasp of organic growth strategies and conversion rate optimization.
