Vice President - Product

Role Overview :
As the VP Product at YesMadam, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, execution and org-building in a high-growth environment. You will be responsible for steering the product charter across consumer experience, partner (professional) ecosystem, platform reliability, and revenue/growth outcomes.
You will work closely with Founders, Engineering, Operations, CX, Data, and Marketing to build scalable, delightful, and business-impacting product as we expand across categories and cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and set the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap keeping in mind the short term and long term company goals.
- Partner with Founders and Business Leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle - from ideation, requirement definition, feature prioritization, launch, to post-launch analysis and iterations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Analysis, Operations & CX, and Marketing teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality product releases.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the Product Marketing function to improve category conversion and revenue through in-app journeys, UI/UX improvements, personalization and messaging.
- Establish strong product processes: PRDs, workflows, communication protocols, sprint management, and QA frameworks.
- Oversee integration of payments, communication channels, chatbots, analytics tools, and other third-party systems.
Important Skills Required:
- Proven experience as Head of Product / Group PM / Senior PM, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong background in B2C or D2C tech environments (marketplaces, home-services, consumer apps preferred).
- MBA or B.Tech / CS degree; Tier-1 institute is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX concepts, user flows, and wireframing fundamentals.
- High competency in analytics and data interpretation; excellent with funnel analysis, cohorting, and number crunching.
- Understanding of technical foundations (APIs, databases, system flows, architecture basics) is a plus.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, solving new problems and driving initiatives every single day.
- Experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Tableau, GA4, Clevertap
