User Growth Manager
Location: Noida
Function: Growth & Marketing
We are looking for a User Growth Manager who can scale acquisition, improve conversion funnels, drive repeat usage, and grow the Yes Madam user base through performance marketing, CRM, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Funnels: Own the user journey from click booking repeat; identify drop-offs and run experiments to improve conversions.
- CRM & Retention: Work with WhatsApp, push, email, and SMS journeys to improve repeat rate and reactivation.
- Growth Strategy: Plan and execute experiments on creatives, pricing, landing pages, and communication.
- Online Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with apps, influencers, communities, and platforms to drive organic discovery and referral growth.
- Activations: Execute online brand activations, co-branded promotions, and digital campaigns that boost awareness and trials.
- Data & Insights: Use Mixpanel/GA4/Excel to analyze funnel performance, cohorts, and campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2C growth experience in apps, D2C, ecommerce, wellness, or consumer tech.
- Hands-on experience with Funnels, A/B testing, and growth experiments.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or WhatsApp CRM).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards & cohort analysis.
- Experience managing online partnerships or digital activations.
