YesMadam is one of Indias fastest-growing B2C salon-at-home platforms, delivering premium beauty and wellness services to millions of customers. We are building a high-performance product and technology team to scale our customer experience, operational excellence, and growth engine.

Role Overview:

Were looking for a Product Analyst who is highly analytical, and passionate about solving customer and business problems through data.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to design experiments, measure product releases, and uncover insights that drive business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2C environment, loves digging into data, and can translate numbers into clear business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Analytics & Insights:

- Drive deep-dive analysis across product features

- Identify opportunities, root causes, and product improvements using data.

- Own dashboards and KPIs for product performance across major journeys.

A/B Experimentation:

- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for product features.

- Ensure statistical rigor: sample size calculation, hypothesis definition, significance testing.

- Translate experiment outcomes into actionable product recommendations.

Release Metrics & Monitoring:

- Track release success metrics for every product launch and get insights

- Build Tableau dashboards for reporting.

- Monitor anomalies, bugs, and behavior shifts post-release.

Data Tools & Automation:

- Use SQL, Python, and Tableau to build dashboards, automate pipelines, and extract insights.

- Collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to improve data quality and instrumentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with Product Managers to shape roadmap decisions based on data.

- Partner with Ops, Marketing, and CX teams to understand behavior patterns and improve key outcomes: conversion, order frequency, NPS, and retention.

- Communicate findings clearly with both business and technical teams.

What Were Looking For:

Must-Have:

- 34 years of product/marketing/growth analytics experience, preferably in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce, mobility, or consumer internet.

- Strong command of SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.

- Proven experience running A/B experiments end-to-end.

- Ability to independently own projects with minimal supervision (self-starter).

- Strong analytical thinking: statistics, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

- Experience with user/event tagging and product instrumentation.

- Knowledge of tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Metabase, etc.

- Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced execution environment.
