Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Business Analyst / Manager Analytics to drive data-led decision-making within our Revenue & Growth team. This role will serve as the central analytics function, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover insights, evaluate growth opportunities, and influence strategic business decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary analytics and insights partner for the Revenue & Growth team
- Develop and implement data models to generate actionable business insights and reporting
- Size business initiatives, design and execute A/B tests, and validate growth hypotheses
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python (good to have)
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-backed business decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- Strong expertise in SQL and Advanced Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and business impact analysis
- Python knowledge is a plus
