The Role:

As a Product Manager - Growth, you will own and optimise the complete consumer journey - from app acquisition and onboarding to discovery, conversion, checkout, and repeat usage.

You will identify user behaviour patterns and funnel drop-offs, design better product experiences, run experiments, and translate improvements in user experience into measurable business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Own the end-to-end consumer app user journey, from acquisition to checkout and retention.

- Identify user drop-offs and improve conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

- Drive product-led acquisition through better app experiences, personalisation, nudges, onboarding, and experimentation.

- Lead 0 - 1 product and feature development, from problem discovery to launch and scale.

- Define product hypotheses, run A/B tests and experiments, and measure impact.

- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams.

- Use product analytics and user research to understand customer behaviour.

- Optimise onboarding, discovery, cart, checkout, payment, and post-purchase journeys.

- Track conversion, activation, retention, repeat purchase, revenue, and AOV.

What We're Looking For:

- 4 - 8 years of Product Management experience, preferably with significant Growth/Product Growth experience.

- Hands-on experience managing consumer mobile apps is mandatory.

- Strong experience in consumer journeys, funnel optimisation, and conversion improvement.

- Experience driving acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through product.

- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product analytics.

- Strong understanding of app user behaviour and consumer product metrics.

- Proven 0 - 1 product/feature experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- D2C, B2C, ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer-tech experience.

- Personalisation, recommendations, CRM/lifecycle, or loyalty experience.

- Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, MoEngage, CleverTap, Amplitude, or similar tools.

- Transactional/commerce app experience involving checkout and payments.

- High-growth startup/product environment experience.
