Product Manager - Execution

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented Product Manager who can translate business priorities and customer problems into well-defined product requirements and drive them through to successful delivery. The role will own day-to-day product execution across discovery, planning, development, launch, and iteration. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, data-aware, and comfortable working closely with engineering, design, analytics, QA, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own execution of the product roadmap by converting business goals and priorities into clear, actionable initiatives.

- Work with stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, clarify scope, and define expected outcomes.

- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

- Break initiatives into milestones, prioritize backlogs, and ensure development teams have clear context and requirements.

- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Analytics, and Operations to drive timely, high-quality product releases.

- Manage execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and release coordination.

- Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and timelines; proactively resolve issues and communicate progress.

- Ensure features are tested and aligned with requirements; coordinate UAT and release sign-offs.

- Monitor feature adoption and performance after launch, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements.

- Use product metrics, customer feedback, and operational insights to evaluate outcomes and inform prioritization.

- Maintain clear product documentation and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or product execution roles, preferably in B2C, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet.

- Strong experience in end-to-end product execution, requirement gathering, backlog management, and feature delivery.

- Hands-on expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.

- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

- Ability to understand technical discussions, assess trade-offs, and communicate requirements clearly.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
