AI & Technical / Analytical Knowledge:
- Good understanding of product analytics, event tracking, funnel instrumentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation.
- Ability to work with dashboards and data to identify trends, diagnose conversion issues, and measure business impact.
- Awareness of personalization and recommendation-led experiences is an advantage.
Success Metrics:
- Improvement in overall app conversion rate and visit-to-booking conversion.
- Higher service-selection-to-checkout and checkout-completion rates.
- Reduction in cart abandonment and key journey drop-offs.
- Improvement in average order value (AOV) and revenue per visitor / user.
- Consistent delivery of validated experiments with measurable conversion impact.
