Description: Marketing Manager (Online & Offline) Skincare D2C only

About the Job:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing communication, brand visibility, and activation campaigns for our skincare D2C brand. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in executing offline and online brand activations in the beauty & skincare market, strong presentation and ideation skills, and the ability to shape cohesive brand storytelling across touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute 360 marketing communication strategies for the brand across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Maintain and strengthen the brands tone, identity, and visual language across all communication.
- Plan and execute offline brand activations, events, workshops, sampling drives, pop-ups, and experiential campaigns.
- Online marketing activations, including campaign narratives, influencer-led promotions, digital collaborations, and product launch strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, social, performance, video) to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign alignment.
- Track competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate and elevate brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, media partners, beauty writers, and PR stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand coverage across social, digital PR, collaborations, and influencer channels..
- Create strong presentations, pitch decks, and brand communication documents for launches and partnerships.
- Ideate and develop impactful marketing ideas that drive visibility, engagement, and brand love.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize communication strategies for better reach and results.
- Manage marketing budgets for activations, PR, and campaigns to ensure efficient and high-impact execution.
What You Should Bring:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or PR preferably within beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or D2C categories.
- Proven experience executing offline and online brand activation campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills comfortable building compelling campaign decks.
- Creative mindset with excellent ideation ability and a refined eye for brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work on both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, creators, agencies, and media partners.
- Leadership qualities and experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, curious, agile mindset someone who enjoys experimenting and staying ahead of market trends.
