Role Overview:

As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring junior architects, and actively participating in the design and development of key features. Your contributions will directly impact the performance, stability, and future direction of our critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our development processes.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.

- Mentor junior architects and developers, helping them grow their technical skills and expertise.

- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and design patterns.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, scalable, and high-performance systems using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Proven expertise in architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Experience with various architectural styles, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and service-oriented architecture.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida.
