As we gear up for our next phase of growth and capital market journey (including IPO readiness), we are expanding our Finance team to strengthen strategic planning, performance management, and investor engagement.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A and Investor Relations Manager to lead financial planning, performance analytics, and investor communication. The role involves driving budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews while managing key relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial models.

- Collaborate with business and city leaders to track KPIs, unit economics, and margin improvements.

- Perform variance analysis vs. budget/forecast and deliver actionable insights.

- Develop dashboards to monitor cohort analysis, productivity per beautician/technician, customer retention, CAC vs LTV, and payback periods.

- Conduct city-level and category-level profitability analysis.

- Support fundraising and IPO readiness through financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.

Productivity & Strategic Analytics:

- Track beautician productivity, service utilization rates, and revenue per visit.

- Conduct customer cohort analysis (repeat usage, churn, frequency, ARPU).

- Evaluate ROI on marketing and customer acquisition efforts.

- Provide insights to optimize pricing, discount strategies, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

- Collaborate with operations and growth teams to drive data-backed strategic initiatives.

Investor Relations (IR):

- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors.

- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly business updates, and board decks.

- Draft and manage investor communication (letters, FAQs, disclosures).

- Benchmark performance against industry peers and monitor market trends.

- Support due diligence for fundraising, M&A, or IPO processes.

- Maintain an investor reporting framework and database.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CA or MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute.

Experience: 5-7 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Investor Relations (startup/consumer-tech experience preferred).

Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred).

Excellent analytical and storytelling skills ability to translate data into strategic insights.

High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Knowledge of SEBI, MCA, and IPO-related compliance is an advantage.
