About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager lead from beauty and skincare background who can lead our complete influencer marketing function for our skincare sD2C brand. The ideal candidate should have deep experience working with creators, building scalable influencer programs, driving campaigns end-to-end, and delivering measurable results in brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Must have worked on LARGE scale campaigns and have list of beauty/skincare influencers (nano, macro and category a influencers)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the influencer marketing strategy across Category A influencers along with macro, micro, nano, and UGC creators.
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers aligned with brand values and skincare suitability.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets while maintaining strong creator relationships.
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure creators clearly understand product USPs and messaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, social media, paid ads) for seamless campaign execution.
- Review creator content for accuracy, tone, claims, and brand compliance before publishing.
- Track campaign performance in real timereach, engagement, conversions, content quality, ROI.
- Optimize influencer mix, content formats, and posting strategies based on data insights.
- Manage influencer budgets, invoices, contracts, usage rights, and payment schedules.
- Stay updated on beauty/skincare trends, creator landscape shifts, and platform algorithm changes.
- Proactively find new creators, formats, and collaborations to scale the influencer ecosystem.
- Ensure all influencer communication adheres to brand safety, disclosure guidelines, and compliance.
Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with strong exposure to beauty/skincare or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaign strategy, KPIs, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in influencer discovery, vetting, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contracts, usage rights, disclosure regulations, and brand safety.
- Creative, trend-aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
