Job Title: Director of Product

Reporting To: CTO

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product to lead our B2C product function. This role requires strong ownership of product roadmap, product planning, and execution while managing cross-functional teams including Product Managers (PMs), Associate Product Managers (APMs), and Data teams. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver high-impact customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives

- Lead product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle

- Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business impact, and market trends

- Manage and mentor a team of PMs, APMs, and Data professionals, fostering a high-performance culture

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver scalable B2C products

- Leverage data and analytics to drive product decisions and performance optimization

- Establish and track key product metrics, ensuring continuous improvement

- Drive customer-centric thinking and enhance user experience across all touchpoints

- Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives

- Ensure timely and high-quality product releases

Key Requirements:

- 10-14 years of experience in Product Management, with significant exposure to B2C products

- Proven experience in product roadmap planning and execution

- Strong experience managing teams including PMs, APMs, and Data/Analytics teams

- Demonstrated ability to scale products and lead cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working in fast-paced startup or mid-sized environments is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with product analytics tools and frameworks

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, growth, and retention strategies in B2C

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
