YES MADAM is a leading beauty and wellness platform redefining at-home services. As we expand digitally through our new Beauty Chat App, we aim to offer expert skincare consultations powered by real dermatologists.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a certified Dermatologist to deliver real-time skincare consultations online and collaborate with the Product team to enhance the Beauty Chat App. This is a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time dermatological consultations via the app

- Analyze individual skin concerns and recommend personalized routines, treatments, and products

- Collaborate with the Product & Tech teams to improve user experience and app features

- Contribute clinical expertise to train AI tools and improve chatbot responses

- Train and guide YES MADAMs home service professionals in delivering advanced skincare treatments, including HYDRA Facial and Laser services

- Strategize and develop standard operating protocols (SOPs) and training modules for future aesthetic treatments as they are introduced

- Ensure clinical compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards in all skin treatments offered through the platform

Requirements:

- MBBS + Dermatology specialization (MD/Diploma) with valid certification

- 3+ years of experience in dermatology or skincare consultations

- Prior exposure to tele-dermatology or working with digital health/beauty platforms is a plus

- Strong communication skills with a passion for beauty tech and innovation

- Willingness to train and mentor service teams on both existing and upcoming treatments
