Content Lead at Yes Madam
Location: Noida
We at Yes Madam are looking for a Content Lead to shape how we communicate our services, experiences and value to customers across the journey.
You will turn complex services into simple, relevant and compelling stories that help customers understand what a service is, whether it is right for them, what to expect and why they should trust Yes Madam.
You will work closely with the Product, Category and Design teams to build content that is not just well written, but contributes to the overall customer experience and business outcomes.
You will set the content direction for your team while personally working on important and complex content problems.
What will you own?
- Define the content and storytelling strategy across services, categories and customer journeys.
- Turn complex information, service benefits and customer problems into simple, clear and compelling narratives.
- Develop messaging frameworks, content principles and tone of voice across the Yes Madam experience.
- Work with Graphic and Motion Designers to translate stories into compelling visual and motion experiences.
- Identify opportunities where content can reduce confusion, build trust and improve discovery and conversion.
- Build scalable content systems, templates and guidelines that improve consistency and speed.
- Use customer research, feedback, data and experimentation to understand what content helps customers make better decisions and drives business outcomes.
- Mentor and develop content writers and raise the overall quality of content across the team.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, copywriting, brand content or related fields.
- Experience leading or mentoring content writers.
- Strong storytelling and editorial judgement with an ability to simplify complex subjects.
- Experience in consumer internet, D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness or lifestyle is a plus.
