We are looking for a high-impact business leader who will work as the Founder's Shadow - someone who transforms bold ideas into scalable businesses, drives execution across functions, and owns outcomes with complete accountability.

This is not a coordination role. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, solves complex business challenges, and builds high-growth businesses from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead new business initiatives from strategy to execution.

- Drive Operations, Growth, and P&L performance across business verticals.

- Partner directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic priorities.

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure flawless execution.

- Build scalable systems, processes, and governance.

- Solve critical business challenges with speed and data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-12 years of leadership experience in high-growth startups, D2C, Quick Commerce, Consumer Tech, or Marketplace businesses.

- Strong experience in Operations, Strategy, Business Growth, and P&L ownership.

- Proven track record of building and scaling businesses.

- Exceptional execution, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to operate with complete ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Candidates with prior Founder, Co-Founder, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, COO, Business Head, or General Management experience will be strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who naturally thinks and acts like a Founder every day.
