We're looking for a talented Category Manager to lead on-ground operations and drive process improvements. As part of our team, you'll manage and improve partner quality and performance, collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams on key projects, and support business heads with planning and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Leadership: Lead on-ground operations and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Partner Management: Manage and improve partner quality and performance to ensure seamless collaboration

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams on key projects and initiatives

- Business Insights: Support business heads with planning and operational insights to inform strategic decisions

- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in operations or category management

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI

- Problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
