About the Role:
Yes Madam is expanding aggressively in the beauty-at-home space and we are creating a high-impact leadership role to scale our beauty category to the next orbit. This role is suited for a dynamic leader who understands brand, category, operations, and P&L - and can drive both growth and efficiency in a fast-paced startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L for the beauty category (revenue, margins, retention, NPS).
- Build and execute a complete category growth strategy across services, pricing, and product mix.
- Lead beauty professional acquisition, training, and productivity improvement.
- Drive customer experience, repeat usage, and lifetime value through innovation.
- Partner closely with marketing, supply, product, and operations to scale the category.
- Launch new beauty services, SKUs, and bundled offerings based on customer insights.
- Strengthen partnerships with beauty academies, institutes, government skilling bodies, and agencies.
- Build a strong team and leadership pipeline.
- Track market trends, competition, and new opportunities in the beauty ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate:
- IIM/Premier B-school alumni preferred.
- 6-12 years of experience in Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, Salon Chains, D2C Personal Care, or related categories.
- Strong analytical skills + ability to lead large on-ground teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
