We're looking for an experienced AVP of Training and Development to join our team in Noida! As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and drive business growth in the home-based beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training strategies to improve employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify training needs and design programs to address skill gaps
- Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Oversee training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and effective
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the home-based beauty industry(must)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
Location: Noida (office-based)
