About the Role: The role involves developing and executing business strategies for Ycop and TASC, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and achieving business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business Strategy for Ycop and TASC.
- Enabling strong program proposition to TASC & Ycop customers.
- Analysis Portfolio and strategizing opportunities.
- Generate new business strategies & initiatives to achieve defined business target.
- Build and deepen relationships with other business units to increase the wallet of cross sell and revenue for Ycop & TASC.
- Ensure ongoing self-development.
- Focusing on PPI penetration at POS.
- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Working closely with sales team to achieve business the target.
- Building a good relationship with stake holder.
- Working closely with Asset & Liability product team for strengthening existing and developing new products and cross sell opportunity.
- Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.
- Anchoring Bank @work Pan India initiatives to increase corporate level PPI penetration.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
Qualifications: Post Graduate from premier institute.
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills.
