The candidate would be working closely with the founders and be part of a small, growing team. The right candidate would be a self-starter, passionate about customer experiences & willing to hustle and grow the the company. Roles & Responsibilities: - Regularly talk to customers to understand their experiences - Set up and streamline customer experience flows. - Asses trends, shape customer acquisition strategy & generate ideas for product development - Develop a back-funnel to pass on customer feedback and consistently improve products - Be the face of the company for customers.
