Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management & Governance:
- Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective, efficient, and compliant manner.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Support the organization in achieving strategic and operational objectives through effective project and program oversight.
- Ensure all processes and operations remain legally and organizationally compliant.
- Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Performance & Quality Management:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to performance standards across teams.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Perform data-driven analysis of operations to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Process Optimization:
- Build and optimize business processes aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal systems and procedures.
- Oversee and document operational procedures for audit and third-party monitoring.
- Ensure smooth change management and clear communication of process or policy updates to all stakeholders.
People & Resource Management:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and project initiatives within the PMO framework.
- Review workloads, resource utilization, and manpower to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure employee engagement and operational effectiveness through a positive and efficient work environment.
- Support all business functions in achieving collaborative, goal-driven operations.
Compliance & Risk:
- Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are followed across operations.
- Maintain and review documentation required for compliance and audit purposes.
- Identify risks in operational workflows and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Operations Management, PMO, or Project Governance roles.
- Proven ability to implement operational strategies and streamline business processes.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO certification preferred.
- Experience working in a PMO as a Service or shared services environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or other PMO management tools.
