Job Title : Business Analyst - Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) phase of our project.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with change managers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- This role involves analyzing business impacts, supporting communication and training strategies, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with OCM leads to assess change impacts across business units.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and support engagement planning.
- Assist in developing and executing communication and training plans.
- Gather and analyze feedback from impacted users to refine change strategies.
- Document business processes and identify areas requiring change support.
- Support readiness assessments and track adoption metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and share updates.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and change initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to OCM or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and change impact analysis.
- Understanding of basic SQL and PowerBI Reports.
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of organizational behavior and change adoption principles.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies :
Requirements Gathering and Analysis :
- Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
- Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
Process Modeling :
- Familiarity with standard process modeling notations and tools.
- Ability to create basic process models.
Data Analysis :
- Proficient in various data analysis techniques and tools.
- Ability to perform complex data analysis tasks.
- Ability to conduct data analysis workshops and analyze business data.
Business Process Improvement :
- Familiarity with standard process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Ability to identify basic process improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Management :
- Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques.
- Ability to manage basic stakeholder relationships.
Solution Design :
- Awareness of solution design techniques.
- Can create simple solution designs using established design patterns and guidelines, to meet business requirements under guidance.
