YASH Technologies - Associate Lead Consultant - SAP S/4 HANA/FICO

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

- Manage integration with bank files using SAP PI/PO and ensure smooth processing of banking-related transactions such as DMEE, Lockbox, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).

- Handle FI-SD and FI-MM integration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.

- Conduct functional testing of configured processes to validate business requirements.

- Manage intercompany transactions and related tax implications, including input and output taxes compliance.

- Provide expertise in Fixed Assets and Investment Management, including integration with Project Systems and Cost Center Accounting.

- Configure and support Project Systems integration with Fixed Assets module.

- Oversee Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order management, Product Costing, and Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP finance solutions and support continuous process improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules and interfaces.

- Document business processes, configurations, and testing outcomes to support ongoing maintenance and audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of relevant experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant.

- Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and banking integrations (DMEE, Lockbox, EBS).

- Solid understanding of FI-SD and FI-MM integration scenarios.

- Experience with intercompany transactions and tax processing (input/output taxes).

- Proficient in Fixed Assets, Investment Management, Project Systems, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

- Hands-on experience in functional testing of SAP FICO configurations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
