Associate Lead Consultant SAP FICO (S/4HANA)

We are looking for experienced S/4HANA FICO Professionals with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge across Financial Accounting, Controlling, localization, and integration aspects of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Experience Required:

7+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO, with strong exposure to S/4HANA Finance implementations and support.

- Overhead Cost Accounting

- Margin Analysis (formerly CO-PA)

- Universal Allocation

S/4HANA Finance Functional Areas

- Managing material price changes and inventory valuation.

- Inventory valuation for period-end and year-end closing.

- Financial plan data upload (via template/file-based uploads).

- Asset under Construction (AuC) management.

- Country chart of accounts configuration.

Fiori apps:

- SAP Fiori Analytical Apps for G/L Accounting

- SAP Fiori Apps for Asset Accounting

- SAP Fiori Apps for Financial Accounting

Localization & Taxation

- Experience with Colombia & Chile localization (taxes).

- Integration with Golden Tax System.

- Strong understanding of statutory reporting and local compliance requirements.

Banking & Treasury Related

- Basic Bank Account Management

- Basic Cash Operations

- Bank Integration with File Interface

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver S/4HANA Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities.

- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into SAP best-practice solutions.

- Configure and customize FICO modules including AP, AR, GL, AA, CO, and Bank Accounting.

- Support period-close and year-end-close activities, ensuring accuracy of valuation, allocations, and reconciliations.

- Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, Treasury, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.

- Leverage SAP Fiori Apps to provide analytical insights and support business decision-making.

- Manage localization requirements, especially for LATAM regions (Chile, Colombia).

- Lead user training, UAT cycles, documentation, and cutover activities.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution standardization and knowledge sharing.
