
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to proposal development and contract closure.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
SAP Solution Selling
- Leverage your knowledge of SAP modules and technologies to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP trends and offerings to guide consultative sales conversations.
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to align client needs with internal capabilities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Ensure all agreements comply with internal policies and customer requirements.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track sales performance metrics and pipeline health using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in enterprise software or IT consulting.
- Solid understanding of SAP solutions, modules, and associated technologies.
- Strong expertise in client relationship management, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals and secure favorable terms.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools for pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
