Role Overview:
Yangpoo University Partners is seeking an accomplished Academic Solutions Manager to drive strategic B2B sales of premium academic content, digital curriculum solutions, and faculty development programs to universities and higher education institutions across India.
This role entails consultative engagement with senior academic leadership, including Vice-Chancellors, Deans, and Directors, to identify institutional requirements and facilitate the integration of cutting-edge learning models that enhance curricular effectiveness and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Partnerships & Business Development: Establish and cultivate relationships with universities, business schools, and engineering institutions, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and academic growth initiatives.
- Consultative Engagement: Conduct comprehensive discussions with academic leaders to assess pedagogical gaps and propose tailored learning solutions, including case studies, interactive simulations, and interdisciplinary curriculum enhancements.
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Manage end-to-end sales cycles, encompassing outreach, negotiation, pricing structuring, and onboarding processes, while ensuring the seamless delivery of academic solutions.
- Institutional Representation: Serve as Yangpoos liaison at educational conferences, industry seminars, and institutional forums, strengthening its reputation as a thought leader in higher education innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of expertise in B2B sales or academic partnerships within higher education institutions, business schools, or edtech enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute institutional engagement strategies, leading to measurable impact on academic adoption and student-centric learning models.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, surpassing sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships at the executive level.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in engaging CXO-level stakeholders in higher education.
- MBA preferred, ideally with a concentration in education, marketing, or strategic sales management.
