We're now looking for someone to own the talent engine - a leader who ensures the best people are hired fast, pipelines stay full and the TA team operates seamlessly. This role Lead and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition function to recruit top-tier professionals - across account management, copywriting, video editing, production, sound design, graphic design, influencer management and support functions - fueling Yaas's growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the entire TA function from the ground up - establishing SOPs, team structures, and streamlined processes to align with business goals.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment - from sourcing through onboarding.
- Leverage your established network to drive fast, high-quality hiring with ready talent pipelines. At YaaS, rapid and efficient hiring is critical.
- Build and maintain a strong and ready talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Forecast hiring needs and execute workforce planning.
- Develop the company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Continuously track and advise on talent market trends, availability, and compensation competitiveness.
- Build employer branding to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
- Design and implement metrics and dashboards to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Coach and mentor a robust team of TA Executives, improving team performance and consistency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
- 8 - 10 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in digital media or creative services.
- Proven ability to build talent acquisition processes from the ground up and bring clarity to complexity.
- Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing TA teams to success.
- Strong employer branding and candidate sourcing skills.
- Data-driven, with expertise in recruitment technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
