- This high-impact role acts as an operational and strategic extension of the Founders Office.

- You will drive critical initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and help align our teams with the companys priorities.

In this role you will:

- Work closely with the leadership team to define OKRs, set priorities, and ensure execution across business functions.

- Own special strategic projects from start to finish, including venture builds, operational transformation, GTM strategy, etc.

- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

- Streamline workflows, improve processes, and ensure that leadership time is optimized for maximum impact.

- Act as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and internal teams or external partners; manage investor and board communications as needed.

- Run leadership reviews, team offsites, all-hands meetings, and track follow-ups and deliverables.

You have:

- Bachelors/masters degree in business, Marketing Communication or related fields.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of digital platforms.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
