Y Media Labs - Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong functional and technical understanding of Adobe Workfront to drive end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage the complete implementation lifecyclefrom discovery and planning to execution and go-liveensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and platform capabilities.

This role requires strong project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery governance to ensure successful Workfront implementation and adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage end-to-end project delivery from discovery through implementation and go-live

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Lead scheduling, cadence meetings, and stage-gate checkpoints

- Monitor dependencies related to Workfront configuration and implementation

- Work closely with System Architects and technical teams for solution alignment

- Manage and prioritize project backlog with support and enhancement teams

- Handle change requests and ensure proper change control processes

- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and leadership

- Provide regular project updates, reports, and status communication

- Maintain project documentation including requirements, decisions, and timelines

- Ensure alignment with platform standards, governance, and best practices

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Strong experience in Project Management and delivery governance

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar work management tools

- Good understanding of workflow configuration and platform dependencies

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + technical)

- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in risk, issue, and change management

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
