We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Sales to lead enterprise business growth in the West region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, with strong experience in managing high-value accounts, driving strategic relationships, and consistently achieving large-scale revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients, developing strategies to penetrate untapped accounts and industries.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the regional business goals for the West zone.
- Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
- Deliver actionable insights for product positioning, business planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive account documentation and performance tracking for internal reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within electronics, LED displays, AV systems, or automation solutions.
- Strong background in managing enterprise or large retail accounts (not system integrator/dealer/distributor channels).
- Demonstrated success in building and retaining key enterprise relationships across multiple sectors.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and close high-value business deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving orientation.
