Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist Learning & Development with expertise in designing, delivering, and managing product and process training for our sales teams across India.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of lending, fintech, and supply chain finance, and will play a key role in enabling field teams to excel in business acquisition, product adoption, and customer engagement.
This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on training delivery, with the ability to travel for in-person sessions while also leveraging remote learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Program Design: Develop training content and modules for product, process, and compliance for the sales force.
- Sales Team Enablement: Conduct onboarding and refresher training for field sales teams pan-India.
- Domain Knowledge Building: Create and deliver content on lending models, fintech trends, and supply chain finance processes.
- Training Delivery: Use a mix of classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, and digital learning tools to engage learners.
- Content Development: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create updated training materials.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine training methodologies based on team performance and market feedback.
- Travel & Remote Coordination: Conduct field visits for in-person sessions while managing remote training programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in L&D or Sales Training within lending, fintech, BFSI, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain finance and distribution models.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating digital learning content and using LMS tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track training ROI.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely.
