Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in North Karnataka.

This is a frontline role focused on identifying and onboarding distributors/dealers, building new relationships, and growing the partner ecosystem through anchor distribution models.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech, distribution, and digital lendinghelping small businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the distribution ecosystem

- Onboard and activate dealer/distributor networks under identified brand anchors

- Conduct regular market visits and prospecting activities

- Drive loan conversion by educating partners on product offerings

- Negotiate terms and manage client relationships

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape business strategy

- Monitor market trends and provide insights for product/service improvement

- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in fintech, FMCG, or distribution sectors

- Deep understanding of distribution models and channel financing

- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills

- Comfortable with data analysis and market feedback

- Ability to work independently and drive field performance

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Bonus: Prior experience working with a fintech or leading consumer brand
