JOB PROFILE
As a Business Development Resource at Xtracap Fintech, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, cultivating client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of supply-chain.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Local Revenue responsibility covering relevant/ assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong anchor relationship at their regional level to generate qualifying leads.
- Initiate a dialogue with qualifying leads to log them in and process the case further.
- Maintain a daily MIS to track and process anchor specific leads.
- Identify key Corporate and Regional Clients with an existing distribution network for on-boarding.
- Initiate contact with decision makers, and drive deals at corporates with regional anchors.
- Liaise between corporate clients and inside sales team to check on-boarding, disbursal, and fund utilisation status of channel partners of each onboarded anchor.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and revenue reports to the management.
- Keep a tab on the latest fintech trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Identify and evaluate potential market segments, target customers, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key partners.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate, preferably in business administration.
- 10 to 20 years of relevant experience, preferably from Fintech/ Supply-Chain/ Retail Industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Key communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills relevant to business communication and reporting.
