About the role : - Drive business operations design across multiple business legs from sourcing to payments. - Understand critical business challenges in compliance and risk, scalability, cost optimizations, and building the right solutions for executions for better business levers. About the team : Operations team is responsible for comprehensive solutions, blueprinting, and setting up frameworks. The scope of work based on identified projects can range between supply chain, sourcing, order orchestration, payments, new business model evaluation on key organization objectives Responsibilities - Conceptualize, design & institutionalize new process design to meet new business requirements. - Evaluate current process capabilities to identify gaps/improvement areas to enhance business metrics (Fulfillment criteria, Merchant Experience, Cost, Compliance) - Develop end-to-end process documents to standardize the operations across - Drive projects to optimize for cost and build for sustainable scale - De-bottleneck day-to-day operation process roadblocks by collaborating with cross-functional teams involving Tech, Product, Operations, Analytics - Work with stakeholders (Operations, Biz Fin, Product) to understand the pain areas and build solutions - Build exhaustive roadmaps on capability enhancements and defining service enablers as per new capabilities Requirements - 3-7 years experience across business transformation, process design - Proficiency in data analytics (knowledge of python, R & lama soft, or any other network the designing tool would be an added advantage). Advanced excel skills are a must - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take full ownership
