About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead with 5-8 years of experience to lead our full-stack marketing initiatives.
This role will be responsible for building and scaling the XTEN-AV brand globally, driving demand generation, and leading a team across digital, social, performance, and SEO channels.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in running integrated campaigns, content-driven marketing, and global brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with XTEN-AVs growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (digital, social, performance, SEO, content).
- Position XTEN-AV as a thought leader in the global AV and SaaS space.
Campaigns & Communications:
- Lead social media campaigns and communication for product launches and brand awareness.
- Oversee content creation (graphics, videos, blogs) including scripting, copywriting, and branding in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, leveraging current databases and acquiring new audiences.
- Drive campaigns with global AV publications by providing content, maintaining relationships, and ensuring regular coverage.
- Lead collaborations with influencers to promote the XTEN-AV brand and products.
- Manage all product communications to users and target audiences on a regular basis.
Content & SEO:
- Create and manage a blog on the XTEN-AV website with relevant, high-quality content.
- Work with external agencies to optimize SEO for organic traffic growth and visibility.
- Ensure content across all platforms aligns with SEO best practices and brand positioning.
Growth & Market Engagement:
- Identify and explore new avenues for marketing the product globally.
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize all campaigns to maximize ROI and business impact.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and performance campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in leading product launches, email campaigns, and global marketing communications.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS / technology-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology industries.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
