Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at XTEN-AV.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our business goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Lead performance appraisal systems and oversee training and development programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee well-being.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics.
