Position: Salesforce Technical Architect

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with over 12 years of Salesforce platform experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, with proven experience in designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and leading end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own enterprise-level Salesforce architecture across multi-cloud, multi-org, and hybrid integration environments.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

- Lead architecture discussions, client workshops, solution blueprinting, and proof-of-concept activities.

- Prepare Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), integration diagrams, data flow diagrams, and ERDs.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including code reviews, solution governance, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Design reusable and extensible Salesforce solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

- Act as the primary technical escalation point for delivery teams and manage architectural risks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Drive innovation by leveraging Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Flow Orchestration, Platform Events, Salesforce Functions, and Pub/Sub API.

Preferred Qualifications:
