The Role:
We are a Singapore headquartered education company, looking for a brilliant and agile FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Specialist. The role will focus on data analysis, forecasting, P&L analysis, procurement & investment decisions and operational project management.
One will learn a lot about 360 aspect of business and how a founder thinks.
Ideal Profile:
- An Engineer-MBA, 2 years in professional services (consulting/vc), and 2 years in an operating co. working with the founder and/or CEO
- An exceptionally motivated and driven professional, hungry to work with the top leadership directly, Love numbers, comfortable with tech/data/crms, quick learner, highly responsive.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting processes.
- Analyze monthly financial performance against forecasts to identify variances and provide clear, data-backed explanations to stakeholders.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Strong command of forecasting techniques and variance analysis, coupled with a deep understanding of P&L management and core accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
