Role Overview:
The Founder Office Role is a high-impact position that works directly with the Founder and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution of key projects. This role involves working cross-functionally with various departments, including product, sales, marketing, and finance, to analyze data, develop insights, and support decision-making. The individual will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of XSEED and contributing to its continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth Business Strategy analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance to identify growth opportunities and potential risks for the company.
- Lead and manage critical Project Management initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Perform rigorous Data Analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Develop comprehensive Financial Analysis models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial performance, and support strategic planning.
- Drive Program Management efforts by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Founder and senior leadership team, communicating key findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the Founder in day-to-day activities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and conducting research.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop strategic solutions, and drive execution.
- Proven experience in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premium institute in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic.
