Finance Controller (CA + MBA) Future CFO Track (10-15 yrs)

Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Controller (CA + MBA) to lead financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning for the group. This role combines hands-on control of audits, statutory matters, and transfer pricing with leadership in budgeting, risk management, and business strategy discussions. Positioned as a strategic finance leader with a clear path to CFO, the role demands accuracy, discipline, and vision to drive sustainable growth.

The Person

1. Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt from 2012-16 batch) with 10-12 years experience; with a very good communicator of data.

2. The ideal candidate would have article-ship at a reputed CA firm (ideally a Big 4), experience at an operating multinational (min. 3-5 years), and then time at a startup/SME/mid size co (min. 3-5 years).

3. Independently handled all audit & compliance matters.

4. Experience/comfort with cross-border structures, transfer pricing, multiple legal entities, and GST will be a big advantage.

5. Direct speaking, good communication, with an independent point of view.
