Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

- Promote existing services and solutions globally, creating visibility across multiple geographies.

- Lead branding, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.

- Drive lead generation through B2B marketing, events, alliances, and partnerships.

- Build strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to influence buying decisions.

- Oversee content strategy, PR, and social media presence (LinkedIn, industry platforms).

- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing with business growth.

- Create compelling and influential pitch decks for partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.

- Continuously learn, adopt new marketing trends and technologies, and coach the team to upscale their performance.

- Start as an individual contributor with the ability to quickly transition into a marketing leadership role.

- Build and manage a marketing team and vendor ecosystem.

- Track, analyze, and optimize marketing ROI and campaign performance.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a Marketing Leader / CMO / VP Marketing (or ready to transition into this role) in IT Services, Consulting, or Data Solutions companies.

- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, and branding.

- Experience in global promotion of IT services and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of technology trends and ability to translate them into marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to create compelling pitch decks and marketing assets that drive decision-making.

- Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

- Knowledge of global IT services market and experience in positioning companies for enterprise clients.

- MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
