Role Overview :
As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure alignment across departments, streamline processes, and drive critical initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, project manager, and communication liaison to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO.
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee and drive strategic initiatives across departments.
- Monitor business performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups.
- Foster communication and collaboration among key teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for operational improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive briefs.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in a similar Chief of Staff, operations, or strategy role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and project management.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proven experience working with leadership teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment.
