In pursuit of our goal, we're looking to add a Senior Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to our team. This is a full-time, in-person role based at our office in Mumbai. We are looking for someone who sets an exceptionally high bar for research and intellectual rigor. The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the founders to research Indian listed companies end-to-end. You will both develop independent investment ideas and contribute meaningfully to priority research areas within the portfolio.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys deep work, primary research, and long-duration thinking.

What are we looking for?

- A genuine passion for equities combined with high intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. We value individuals with a strong reading habit, a reflective mindset, and openness to constructive feedback.

- A meticulous understanding of financial statements, including the ability to analyse accounting notes, footnotes, and key disclosures in annual reports, along with an eye for detail and the ability to derive differentiated insights.

- A natural inclination toward primary research - proactively engaging with stakeholders, building industry networks, and developing original perspectives as a core part of the research process.

- The ability to independently originate investment ideas while also collaborating closely on core research priorities.

- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication.

- A generalist mindset, with experience working across multiple sectors and the ability to evaluate a wide range of businesses.

What is the recruitment process?

- To begin, we ask you to submit a detailed write-up presenting a stock idea of your choice that showcases the depth and rigor of your research and analysis. We expect a thorough, original piece of work - please avoid one-page summaries or GPT-generated investment theses.

- Following your submission, you will have personal interviews with the founders. These will provide an opportunity for us to discuss your experience, insights, and vision for the role.

- As part of the final stage, you will be asked to analyse a company in-depth, presenting your findings through a case study. This will test your analytical capabilities, thought process, and ability to communicate effectively.
