Role Overview:

- We are looking for a Technology Head / Technology Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, hands-on experience with Blazor (latest versions), and a strong understanding of AI tools and frameworks.

- This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that will shape the technology roadmap, drive architectural decisions, modernize our product stack, and lead innovation initiatives including AI-powered product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Architecture:

- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Xpedeon's SaaS platform.

- Lead modernization initiatives using .NET 6/7/8, Blazor, and cloud-native technologies.

- Evaluate and integrate AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) to enhance product capabilities.

- Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with future product goals.

Product & Platform Development:

- Oversee end-to-end design and development of complex features, modules, and integrations.

- Guide teams in adopting Blazor for modern front-end development, ensuring a performant and rich user experience.

- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement through code reviews and mentoring.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and domain experts to translate business problems into robust tech solutions.

Leadership & Team Enablement:

- Lead and mentor a team of senior developers, architects, and tech leads.

- Build a high-performing engineering culture centered on innovation, accountability, and excellence.

- Drive knowledge sharing, training, and adoption of emerging technologies within the team.

- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, AI/ML).

Innovation & AI Integration:

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for process automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support in the construction domain.

- Lead PoCs and implement AI-driven features that improve user experience and business outcomes.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in .NET ecosystem, AI technologies, cloud computing, and SaaS architectures.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

- 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8.

- Hands-on experience with Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) and modern web application frameworks.

- Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (preferably Microsoft Azure).

- Deep understanding of microservices, API design, and distributed systems.

- Practical experience in AI tools / frameworks (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, ML.NET, TensorFlow for .NET).

- Solid grasp of database systems (SQL Server), performance optimization, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, etc.).

Leadership & Strategic Thinking:

- Proven experience leading technology teams and driving architecture decisions for enterprise-scale SaaS products.

- Strong ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in ConstructionTech, ERP platforms, or other complex B2B SaaS domains.

- Exposure to global product deployments and multi-tenant architectures.

- Familiarity with Agile development practices and modern engineering tools.
